Please note that custom-made pieces, sale items, and wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original gift box.
If your purchase was made through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to process your return.
When sending back for store credit or exchange, make sure to:
- Start your return visit our return center here.
- If you would like an exchange, email us the item you want instead and we will arrange payment adjustments from there.
Store credit:
- The store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card code to the email address you checked out with. There is no restocking fee. Use the store credit like cash for anything on the site.

Avoid substances such as perfume & other chemicals when wearing Sahira Jewels, to prevent discoloration.
Sahira Jewelry is Sterling Silver or stainless steel with 18k Gold Plating. An extra layering of tarnish resistance is added to extend the life span of the jewelry. Our Cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones are placed in a very meticulous manner, to prevent from stones falling out.

"I love my ring so much but unfortunately I had to return it for a bigger size. I would like to wear it on my middle finger which it is a little wider than my ring finger. So instead of a size 8 I requested a 9. Otherwise it is a beautiful piece of jewerly form Sahira. I can't wait to get it! You won't be disappointed. It runs a little small since it is a band, 8 is perfect for my ring finger which I am really a 6 1/2-7 ring finger. and the 8 is tight for my middle finger so I requested the size 9 so the middle can feel more comfortable. To bad there's no half size ring . I hope this will help you."
