RETURN POLICY
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange, store credit or a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns made 15-30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original gift box. If returning an order that includes a free gift with purchase, we require that the free gift is returned as well. If the free gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items NOT eligible for return: Sale items, mystery boxes, and custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your purchase was made through one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to process your return.
STORE CREDIT INFORMATION
If you choose the store credit option for your return, it will be sent in the form of a gift card code to the email address you checked out with. There is no restocking fee. Use the store credit like cash for anything on the site. The credit never expires.
