terrible customer service
"I ordered this bracelet and it came with the string knot showing between the beads. With the cost of the bracelet, the string from the elastic should not be showing at all. There’s no way to hide it and no way to cut it since doing that would ruin the string holding it together. At least if the tie was on the bottom part of the bracelet it would be less visible but it is literally front and center. I contacted customer service and they told me to return the bracelet. So I need to go out of my way to go to UPS or Fedex to return a faulty item the company sent me? The bracelet should have had quality control check it before shipping it - why would I need to put any effort into packing it up, printing a label, going to a return facility, etc. Absolutely absurd."
