After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Since each piece is handmade with love, it takes around 3 to 5 business days to make sure it is ready to go to its new home! You will receive an additional email with a tracking number once it’s on its way over to you. That’s when you know that it’s okay to start stalking your mailman!

Yes, please email your repair request to and we will take care of that for you! We may repair damaged merchandise within 90 days of purchase. If the repair is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided. Please note additional repairs not under warranty are offered at a nominal repair fee.
