 GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9.00AM to 5.00PM.  

All orders placed after 2.00PM on Friday will be processed the next business day. 

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

During high seasons or sales events it may take 2-4 business days to ship. 

We ship anywhere in the continental United States and most International countries.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS

Once the order is in possession of the mailing carrier (USPS), Sahira Jewelry Design cannot provide estimated delivery date information for your package.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for:

  1. Your package’s tracking number
  2. Your package is out for delivery
  3. Your package has arrived

If you haven't received a shipping notification for your order after 6 days  (of your order being placed), or if you have any other question related to your order please contact us at via email  at sales@sahirajewelrydesign.com.

 

PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Sahira Jewelry Design cannot be held responsible.

 

Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If the package is return to the sender (our office) due to an error in the shipping address enter by the customer, the customer should be responsible to pay the shipping again. 

 

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout, Sahira Jewelry Design is not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verify with the order’s tracking number).

 

If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS or UPS directly.

 

ITEM SHOWING DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT THERE?: 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.  Don't worry though, our carriers might of scanned your package a bit too early.  We do everything we can to make sure you get your orders as fast as possible.  Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.  Due to carrier delays connected to high package volume and Covid-19, you may experience some delays or delivery restrictions in certain locations.

Please contact your local carrier USPS or UPS office and give them your tracking info. They will be able to further assist you as additional shipping info is out of our control.
