Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9.00AM to 5.00PM.
All orders placed after 2.00PM on Friday will be processed the next business day.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
During high seasons or sales events it may take 2-4 business days to ship.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States and most International countries.
Per our return policy, we do not allow any order cancellations. We have a quick fulfillment time and are unable to make changes before the order has been fulfilled.

We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Sahira Jewelry Design cannot be held responsible.
Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages. If the package is return to the sender (our office) due to an error in the shipping address enter by the customer, the customer should be responsible to pay the shipping again.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provided at checkout, Sahira Jewelry Design is not responsible if the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verify with the order’s tracking number).
If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS or UPS directly.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Don't worry though, our carriers might of scanned your package a bit too early. We do everything we can to make sure you get your orders as fast as possible. Our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. Due to carrier delays connected to high package volume and Covid-19, you may experience some delays or delivery restrictions in certain locations.
Please contact your local carrier USPS or UPS office and give them your tracking info. They will be able to further assist you as additional shipping info is out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for store credit or other items.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original gift box within 30 days of your delivery date.
Custom made pieces, sale items, & wholesale orders are excluded from this return policy. All custom ordered and sale items are not exchangeable and FINAL sale.
If you purchased an item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.

The store credit will be sent in the form of a gift card code to the email address you checked out with. There is no restocking fee. Use the store credit like cash for anything on the site.
The credit never expires.

Afterpay
Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
Just shop Sahirajewelrydesign.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!
Please note the cart value must be between $35 and $1000.
Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.
All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early. Afterpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.
Afterpay orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes like any order from SahiraJewelryDesign.com.
Yes, your cart value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay on SahiraJewelryDesign.com.
Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards or e-Gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately.
